Again a sad obituary today, for the passing of actor Sam Neill, who has a strong connection with Lovecraftian"Mythos":
He was detective John Trent, the main character in J.Carpenter's "In the Mouth of Madness", maybe the most lovecratian movie of all time and played Dr.Weir in "Event Horizon" space eldritch horror.
The"third" connection is for his role in Zulawski's Possession (for which I've payed an hommage in this strip).
