Again, I'm NOT a specialist of the literary aspect of HPL's universe. I spend more time hunting necronomicon references in obscure video games or B-movies than reading the huge tomes published on the matter, by true specialists of the field. But this silly strip will highlight the small number of true, published (and short) stories wrtitten by Lovecraft (around 70, depending of the published "definition"), compared to his (posthumous) influence. The iceberg of the estimated 85.000 letters is another matter. I could have used so many more writers, like Asimov, Simenon, Vernes, Dickens, Cartland or Austen. But I'm lazy, so choices were made.
